Q: Does any age requirement for field trip?
Answer: For certain Field trip, we require minimum age is 6 years old the time enrolled into our camp, if parents want their child who under 6 years old could participate, we require one of the parents can be chaperone.
Q: Program Enrollment for Multiple Children?
Answer: You can certainly sign up for a total of 2 weeks across two children. Our goal is to flexibly accommodate your needs while planning engaging activities and themes that suit your children's interests.
Q: What ages are eligible for the camp?
Answer: Our summer camp welcomes children aged 5 to 11. We group children by age to ensure activities are age-appropriate and engaging.
We noticed that many parents consulted about the camp for the younger siblings, we will try to open a younger camp for siblings who is over 3.5 years old- 5 years old( need potty trained) and minimum enrollment is 6 kids per week to balance our operations. We also will arrange a nap time for them as well. The younger siblings will be at 249 El Camino ( Music school). That being said, it all depends on the sign-up headcounts and see if we can accommodate.
What are the camp hours?
Answer: The camp runs from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Extended care is available from 4pm- 6PM for an additional fee( We will collect fee separately once you signed up)
What is the camper to staff ratio?
Answer: We maintain a ratio of 1 staff member for every 6 campers to ensure each child receives personalized attention and care. Our maximum camper is 25 to ensure safe, high focus and small group environment.
How do you handle food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Answer: Safety is our top priority. We have a detailed process for managing food allergies and can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please be advised that we are NUT-FREE camp and wont have any NUT snack/lunch. Lunch is additional fee and will be collected separately once you signed up.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, here's our refund policy for the camp , and our 1st day for the camp is June 3rd,2024:
Your credit never expires and can be transferred to friends or family at the current month's rate for equivalent classes or programs.
How do you handle emergencies and first aid?
Answer: Our staff is trained in first aid and emergency response. We have protocols in place for various scenarios and are in close proximity to medical facilities. Before the camp start, we need to make sure emergency form be filled out in order to accept the camper.
Are there any additional costs?
Answer: The camp fee only covers weekly tuition, some weeks such as cooking camp might need mandatory for lunch due to the theme requirement. Lunch, Field trip and extended care are available for an additional charge.
